Starting December 1, patients can begin visiting doctors to obtain written certifications for cannabis cards.
CINCINNATI - Patients in Kentucky will soon be able to obtain certificates for medical marijuana as the state progresses toward launching its program.
Governor Andy Beshear explained the process, saying:
