The Kennedy Center's head of artistic programming has stepped down, two weeks after being named to the position. Kevin Couch confirmed his departure Thursday without giving a reason. The Kennedy Center has not commented on the situation. Couch's exit comes during a wave of artist cancellations at the Washington performing arts venue.
