On Monday, the same jury
of driving on the wrong side of the road on June 2, 2022, when her black Ford F-250 pickup slammed head-on into a sedan driven by 49-year-old David Belter. Belter died on impact. During trial testimony last week, Batchelor admitted that she was intoxicated at the time of the collision.
