The “All My Children” alum says that her hands turned green after she tried to apply a quick layer of self-tanner right before Tuesday’s taping of “Live.”
“You guys don’t even know what happened back stage,” she replied. “I put on the dress — and I like this dress — but I look a little pale. So, I’ve got this spray-on self-tanner, no muss, no fuss. You just spray it right on and rub it in.”
“I don’t think you’re pale, I think it’s just in comparison to what you have to sit next to,” he joked.Toward the end of the episode, a handful of viewers gave Ripa — who thankfully had yet to “turn green” — some advice on how to remove her self-tanner.
