Kelly Khumalo on why she left school in grade 10 (via MoveMag)

Kelly also said that it didn’t really bother her nor make her change her mind. And to avoid her mother forcing her to go to school she then decided to runaway from her mother’s house to go live with her step-mom.

"She had an addiction with alcohol. Some days she was nice and some days awful especially when she was drunk," she revealed about her step-mother. She was away from both school and home for about six months."I just wanted the dust to die down so they can’t take me back [to school]," she told MacG. Kelly is not the only celeb who didn’t finish school. Others who did the same include celebrities such as: Media personality Somizi, music producer Prince Kaybee, rapper Cassper Nyovest, Kwesta and even movie star Charlize Theron.
