's No. 1 hit "Only Girl ." Her two kids -- 5-year-old daughter River and 3-year-old son Remi -- surprised her at the end of her stellar performance during Friday's Kellyoke segment of Clarkson put her own flair on the banger, erupting into her famous runs during the bridge.
But the powerhouse anthem didn't stop there: To commemorate the title, the daytime talk show host brought out her "favorite girl in the world" River, who ran from backstage to hug her mother. It wasn't long after until Remi came onstage to bask in the family group hug. "Thank you for visiting me at work. I'll see y'all at home, OK?" she told her son and daughter.
