Kellie Pickler declined to serve as administrator of her late husband’s estate, but some of his property is now in dispute
Kellie Pickler and the parents of her late husband Kyle Jacobs have found themselves entangled in a legal disagreement over Jacobs’ property.
“A dispute has arisen amongst the parties regarding certain personal property allegedly possession prior to his death,” reads the petition, filed on August 16 and obtained by Us Weekly. Meanwhile, Reed and Sharon are disputing Pickler’s claim that she either didn’t know where some of the requested items were or that they did not have the right to them. They did admit to entering Pickler’s home to retrieve certain items, but in a separate petition obtained by Us Weekly, claim it was “at the express invitation of and her counsel whom they met to discuss the transfer of items belonging to the estate.
