The 6-foot-2 guard was instrumental in the Cavaliers’ fourth consecutive win that cleared up a four-way tie for first heading into the game. The 6-foot-5 South Dakota signee made one of three 3-pointers and only got to the free throw line five times. Junior guard Lucas Hwang scored 10 points for The Woodlands off the bench. Sophomore guard Ian Inman added nine. No other Highlander scored more than five.
College Park was led by the hot hand of senior forward Zane Cooper, who had 16 points on five of nine 3-point shooting. College Park, which has only been at full health since the second round of district play started a couple weeks ago, is hitting a groove. McNeely played eight guys Friday. All eight scored.
