It recaptured the top spot on April 11 for two more weeks and rebounded for three more frames beginning May 9. During its record-breaking run, it jostled for the crown with its main competitors, Chris Brown’s “It Depends,” featuring Bryson Tiller, and T.I. ’s “Let Em Know,” on multiple occasions.
By landing at a 17th week at No. 1, “Folded” breaks a tie with Future’s “Wait for U,” featuring Drake and Tems, for the most weeks at No. 1 on Mainstream R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay. The single registered 23.1 million in audience but has noticeable clearance of the No. 2 title, “It Depends” .
