Keuskupan Keningau mengambil peluang sempena Pesta Epifani pada Januari 7 lalu untuk merayakan Misa Kudus Sempena Hari Kanak-Kanak Sedunia.

Selebran pada hari Minggu itu, Uskup Cornelius Piong menegaskan betapa pentingnya kanak-kanak masa kini untuk dibimbing dengan terang Kristus. “Contoh godaan yang dihadapi oleh kanak-kanak ialah pendedahan terhadap gajet yang membawa kesan buruk terhadap pertumbuhan rohani, kesihatan dan juga perkembangan sosial kanak-kanak,” kata ketua Keuskupan Keningau itu.
