Keanu Reeves as John Wick with a game controller behind him
Keanu Reeves has been part of numerous incredible projects throughout his illustrious career, but December 2024 will be historic as he will feature in two video game adaptations that will be released just over a week apart. With around four decades worth of experience, Keanu Reeves' best movies have seen him explore all sorts of genres, but video game stories are still a relatively unexplored territory for the actor.
Naturally, Sonic 3 seemed like it would be Reeves' only big release in December - or at least his only video game adaptation - but his Secret Level casting changes things. Just 10 days ahead of appearing as Shadow, Reeves will feature in Secret Level's Armor Core short as an unnamed character.

On the other hand, Shadow the Hedgehog could potentially compete with Reeves' Cyberpunk role as the character already has a huge fan base, and the actor may play him for years to come. Still, Johnny Silverhand's unforgettable quotes and incredibly complex yet layered personality make him the highlight of such a popular video game, indicating that Sonic 3 will have to do something truly incredible for Reeves to better his Cyberpunk 2077 performance.
