After some uncertainty due to the DC Universe reboot, it seems like Keanu Reeves is really coming back as John Constantine in the future.
Keanu Reeves' Constantine 2 gets a positive update amid the Writers Guild of America strike. Reeves first gave life to John Constantine, DC's resident demonologist, back in 2005's Constantine. The movie wove together different storylines from the comics, putting Reeves' Constantine in the middle of a war between Heaven and Hell.
"My pens are down, so there's nothing to do. But, yeah, those are the next things I'm writing when I'm allowed to write again. And I had already begun [I Am] Legend 2 when we started striking, and Frances [Lawrence], Keanu [Reeves], and I have broken Constantine 2. I just haven't started typing yet."
