While initially listed as out on today's injury report, the Los Angeles Clippers have officially upgraded star forward Kawhi Leonard to questionable for tomorrow's game vs Atlanta and according to multiple reports, he is expected to make his season debut tomorrow night. Now, I would not expect Leonard to play his usual minutes, but the fact the Clippers are getting him back on the court boosts their chances tomorrow night vs the Hawks. Not only that, but the Clippers are going to have the rest advantage on the Hawks. Atlanta is in Los Angeles tonight playing the Lakers and will have to gather together quickly to face a Clippers team that has been scrappy and better than expected. The Atlanta Hawks have been one of the best stories of the NBA season so far and they look like they are going to threaten for a playoff spot. Johnson was a candidate for the Most Improved Player Award last season, but injuries prevented him from meeting the 65-game threshold. Johnson is making his case to be an All-Star for the first time in his career this season with the type of year that he is having.
