Katie was speaking candidly in a YouTube video uploaded on Wednesday when she shared the news with fans. While out for lunch with boyfriend Carl Woods, four days before a serious operation on her feet, the 42-year-old said: "So the update on my feet.Slamming trolls who say she's been faking her injuries, Katie added: "I have my operation on Friday. People don't think I've broken my feet or my ankles.The reality star injured herself during a holiday to TurkeyCredit: Instagram
"But why do I have to justify? If I say I've broken my feet, I've broken them. Why would I lie about it or get sympathy for that? I mean, that is wrong. "They think I have bunions. I have the most perfect feet normally - they're the best thing about me and they're real."
