The low-profile duo was spotted celebrating Valentine's Day with an outing to play basketball in Calabasas, California. A source close to Holmes and Foxx toldthat their relationship works “because of the love, compassion, trust and support they have for each other.” Though the insider added that Foxx and Holmes “do lead their own separate lives,” they also"confide in and rely on each other pretty heavily. They’re definitely very serious.
