Comedian Kathy Griffin joked about the possibility of being sent to an internment camp under the next Trump administration, urging fans to see her show before that happens.

Officials provide an update on the terror attack in New Orleans that killed at least 15 people and injured dozens of others.Comedian Kathy Griffin joined a Chicago radio station on Tuesday and urged fans to attend her comedy show before she is placed “in one of those internment camps” under the incoming Trump administration. The comment came while promoting her new show “My Life On the PTSD List” on WGN Radio 720.

Griffin explained her comedy style focuses on being “funny first” without offending groups such as the LGBT community. When asked to elaborate on the 'enemies list,' Griffin explained she has a history with Trump spanning more than 30 years. Most of us just thought he was kind of a harmless buffoon, but you know when he says he’s going to build camps for his enemies list, he may not be kidding,” she said. Griffin also touched on her time performing comedy routines for U.S. service members deployed in the Middle East. That experience, she said, should qualify her as a real patriot. “Don’t tell me I’m not a patriot, darn it,” she said. “I am so honored to be finally off the you-know-what list, the bad list, and to be performing again and to be at The Chicago Theatre of all place
