Kate Mulgrew, who plays Vice Admiral Kathryn Janeway on Star Trek: Prodigy, has commented on the cancelation of the animated series by Paramount+. Following the announcement that Paramount+ has cut multiple series, including Prodigy, the streaming service deleted all 20 season 1 episodes on Monday, June 26, 2023. In addition, Star Trek: Strange New Worlds actor Bruce Horak also chimed in about the end of Star Trek: Prodigy on Paramount+.
