For Sunday's event, Middleton looked chic in a black Catherine Walker coat dress paired with a dramatic veiled black fascinator. The dress, which was buttoned up to its high neckline, was accented with a black velvet pussy bow detail and slightly padded shoulders, giving it a retro feel. She wore her hair in a soft chignon updo under her tilted hat, which featured a dramatic floral embellishment on one side and a thin netted veil covering her eyes. She accessorized with a pair of delicate drop pearl earrings. Middleton also wore her traditional three poppy pin in what many assume to be a tribute to her great-grandmother's brothers who died in the First World War.
"As the summer comes to an end, I cannot tell you what a relief it is to have finally completed my chemotherapy treatment," she said during the clip.
