In the royal couple's first virtual engagement amid the COVID-19 pandemic, Kate and William spoke with students and educators from Casterton Primary Academy, some of whom donned bunny ears in advance of the Easter holiday this weekend. At the end of the phone call, one teacher told the royals,"Hope there's chocolate at your house as well."
Kate and William laughed in response."There will be a lot of chocolate being eaten here," William added."Don't worry.Teachers across the UK are dedicating their time to keeping schools open for the children of key workers and vulnerable children. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge called teachers and school staff at Casterton Primary Academy to thank them for their hard work and dedication.
