After Princess Kate shared she’s making good progress with her cancer treatment, she made her first public appearance since announcing the diagnosis by stepping out for Trooping the Colour. NBC’s Kelly Cobiella reports for TODAY and special royal correspondent Katie Nicholl joins with more.
In honor of Prince William's 42nd birthday, Catherine, the Princess of Wales, shared an adorable photo of him with their three kids. In the photo, William was seen jumping into the air alongside his three children: Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis. 'Happy birthday Papa, we all love you so much! Cx' the post was captioned, with a sign-off from Kate.
Prior to the event, Kate released a statement giving an update on her cancer treatment, confirming she would attend the birthday celebration for King Charles III. “I’m looking forward to attending The King’s Birthday Parade this weekend with my family and hope to join a few public engagements over the summer, but equally knowing I am not out of the woods yet,” she wrote. “I am learning how to be patient, especially with uncertainty,” she continued.
