The Princess of Wales has made just three public appearances since she was diagnosed with cancer in January - and has admitted she's 'not out the woods yet'
The Princess of Wales, Kate Middleton, brought joy to Royal enthusiasts on Sunday when she made an appearance with Prince William in a video extending their congratulations to Team GB for their Olympic success.
Royal followers were quick to comment on how vibrant Kate appeared in the unexpected Olympics video, yet she has openly stated that her health journey is ongoing. "I am making good progress, but as anyone going through chemotherapy will know, there are good days and bad days," the princess expressed. "On those bad days you feel weak, tired and you have to give in to your body resting. But on the good days, when you feel stronger, you want to make the most of feeling well."
Speculation has been rife in recent months about Kate's return to her duties, following her sporadic appearances during the summer period. However, Kensington Palace remains firm that she will only resume her work schedule upon receiving approval from her medical team. For Kate, that has meant spending time away from the spotlight with her family. Royal fans were quick to note that William and Kate's Olympic video appeared to have been filmed outside their Norfolk home, Anmer Hall.
