James Middleton gave a rare update on his sister Kate following the completion of her chemotherapy treatment on the 'TODAY' show. See what he said, here.
"She's doing okay," he told NBC News's Kelly Cobiella on September 26. “It’s not for me to share on her behalf, you know, how everything’s going. But she’s getting all the right support and focus that she needs. And like anything, it takes time to process."
The Princess of Wales shared with the world she has completed chemo on September 9 via an emotional, personal video posted to her and her husband,"As the summer comes to an end, I cannot tell you what a relief it is to have finally completed my chemotherapy treatment," she said in the clip, in which she is joined by William and their three kids, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis. "The last nine months have been incredibly tough for us as a family.
Kate added that her health journey has reminded her of the importance of the simple things: "loving and being loved." She expressed a newfound sense of appreciation for life and excitement for the future, as she begins to undertake more public engagements in the coming months when she can. The princess first announced she had been diagnosed with cancer on March 22, via another emotional video. Doctors had found cancerous cells during a planned abdominal surgery she underwent in January.of himself and Kate during an outdoor activity to Instagram. In James's book, he opens up about battling clinical depression, which he credits his dog, Ella, with helping him overcome. He has also shared that“Catherine and William had both been involved in mental health charities and works of which I got help from," he told Cobiella. "They were a fantastic bridge for the family, for me to be able to translate how I was feeling.
