Axel Rudakubana, 18, was arrested and charged with three counts of murder and 10 counts of attempted murder. His motive remains unknown. The “Cruel Summer” singer met with the families and survivors of the attack during her London Eras Tour show in August. She also raised more than $25,000 for them.
