Kate Gosselin, pictured in 2019, shared an Instagram post on May 12 marking the 20th birthday of her sextuplets, who were born on May 10, 2004 in Hershey. In the photo, the casually dressed foursome poses with a chocolate cake topped with the number 20 and decorated with a pickle and peppers.
