Kate Garraway has "lost a lot of weight" amid the stress of caring for her sick husband Derek, who is suffering with the devastating effects of long covid, a source has revealed.
In the past two years, Kate has lost weight and conscious of her own health, she's now vowed to quit smoking for the sake of her children. They continued: "Derek’s health has remained in this declining state for a while now and has faced a lot of set-backs in recent weeks and it’s given her a wake up call that she needs to be fit and well for her kids.
