Kate Garraway reveals how Piers Morgan helped her when husband Derek Draper was admitted to hospital with coronavirus
Kate Garraway has revealed the advice that Piers Morgan gave her when her husband Derek Draper was hospitalised with coronavirus.
Speaking on Friday's episode of Good Morning Britain, Kate has now detailed the advice her 55 year old co-host Piers gave her at the start of the emotional journey. "I thought, 'I've got a job,' because we were in free fall. My job is to fight for Derek and to keep life safe for Darcey and Billy. "Then about two weeks ago, I probably did crash because you can't stay like that forever. I mean, the problem is I have huge hope and massive positivity and I will never give up on that because Derek's the core of my life, our lives.
