The mum-of-one shared the joyful news on Sunday, 29 January, that she’s expecting her second child with Rio Ferdinand, 44, after the pair suffered a heartbreaking miscarriage last year.Kate, 31, has now gone into more detail about her pregnancy in the most recent episode of her podcast, Blended, and admitted that a lot of her fans had already worked out that she was expecting.

Kate, who is step-mum to Rio’s three kids Lorenz, Tia and Tate, went on: “We’re so excited, it’s such a blessing! “Now I’m in the second trimester, I had four days of feeling absolutely amazing but then I got shingles.”
