Kate Ferdinand has admitted to feeling “overwhelmed” and suffering "bad days" during her time in isolation during the nationwide lockdown.
Kate offered her advice, writing back: "Most importantly I hope your ok [sic]" alongside a red love heart emoji. "Tomorrow we have decided to have a rest day, relax, try not to do many chores and jobs and I am telling myself THATS OK!
