Over the weekend, the 50-year-old British actress headed to Forte dei Marmi to attend The Fab Thirties, a star-studded charity event hosted by the Andrea Bocelli Foundation. For the Sunday, July 21 affair, Beckinsale brought the drama in a black and white gown that featured a plunging neckline and sculptural diamond-shaped skirt. The ensemble was also completely backless, showing off the tattoos along her ribcage and on her shoulder.star accessorized with a black headpiece and birdcage veil covering the top half of her face.
