Kate and William plan one last 'normal' summer for kids before ‘daunting’ Windsor move
After much speculation, it was confirmed last month that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will be moving to the Windsor Estate at the end of the summer, taking up residence in Adelaide Cottage, just a 10-minute walk from The Queen’s private apartments.
And it’s said that the couple are looking forward to some time away from the spotlight, as they prepare the children for the move. “But they’re a very adaptable family so I’m sure they’ll welcome any and all new opportunities. Windsor is a place that the children are already familiar with, so it’s likely they’ll adjust very quickly.
The couple are also reportedly keen to separate their work and home lives, to give them greater privacy as a family. For Kate and William, it’s a positive move that can’t come soon enough.
