The tour is a 63-stadium run and will feature Colombian singer Greeicy and Becky G as opening guests on select dates of the U.S. leg. Karol G has been making headlines with her recent album, La Bichota, which shattered the record for a female artist by landing 20 simultaneous songs on the Hot Latin Songs Chart. Of those 20 concurrent hits, 18 were brand-new debuts from the album.
In a recent episode of her show, Karol G revealed that she is a huge pranker and has been pranking her team. She even went as far as calling her manager, Becky G, and her best friend, Daiky Gamboa, to tell them that she was postponing the tour to go find love on a TV show.
However, it was all a joke and Karol G burst out laughing when her friend Gamboa told her that she was too famous for the hit reality show. Karol G has also been creating a Tropicoqueta-themed cocktail for her TropiTour and has been uplifting moments in Latin music.
Elena Rose, who will be joining Karol G on select dates of the tour, spoke about Karol G's 'genuine' invitation to open her Viajando Por El Mundo Tropitour saying, 'I feel like I'm going on tour with a friend.
