Kareem Hunt is grateful he has another chance to win a Super Bowl with the Browns.
Signed Wednesday to a one-year deal worth up to $4 million to help replace his best friend Nick Chubb, who’s out for the season with what’s believed to be multiple torn ligaments in his left knee, Hunt acknowledged that he’s down 10 pounds and ready to run through a wall for his beloved Browns.
“I mean, most definitely I’m just came ready to play and win, man. I’m just ready to go out there and showcase my talent,” he said. “I know what I bring to the table when I play the game of football, so I’m excited.” Lineback Anthony Walker Jr. crashed the end of Hunt’s video conference to give him a shoutout, and acknowledged how much it means to have him back. It eases some of the sting of losing Chubb, the heart and soul of the team.This story will be updated.
