Kris Jenner filed for the temporary restraining order against Kyle Robert DeWick, a Colorado man described as a “stalker” with “no relationship whatsoever” to the family, per court documents obtained by The Kardashian-Jenner matriarch says DeWick has been fixated on the family for years, and has been specifically obsessed with Kylie Jenner.
According to her claims, DeWick has repeatedly attempted to contact the family, appeared near their homes, and tried to get onto properties owned by or near the family. Jenner sought protection not just for herself, but for all six of her children: Kylie, Kendall Jenner, Khloe Kardashian, Kim Kardashian, Kourtney Kardashian, and Rob Kardashian. In the sworn declaration made by Jenner, she says security personnel first informed her of DeWick in 2021 after he made repeated visits to Kylie’s residence. She says he believes she somehow encouraged him to pursue Kylie and propose to her, something she denies.
She also claims that DeWick’s beliefs made him angry enough to file a federal action against her in 2024, in which he claimed the family was surveilling him.
According to the documents, Jenner had been informed of DeWick’s criminal past, including a violent assault. Jenner says he recently resurfaced, contacting real estate agents connected to family properties and touring homes near family members. He also allegedly spoke with neighbors after he gained access to a gated community.

In the restraining order request, which the court granted, Jenner asked that DeWick stop contacting them and stay at least 100 yards away from the family, their homes, places of work, and vehicles. The Dauphin County coroner has identified the child who was shot and killed as he stepped off of a bus in Harrisburg Friday afternoon. Camar Cordero, 17, was namA 14-year-old child hit and killed in Harrisburg on Thursday has now been identifed.
