Former coach Mlungisi Ngubane believes Lesedi Kapinga should demand a move from Mamelodi Sundowns to resurrect his football career. Read more ▶️
"To be honest, he needs to move because they bought Sipho Mbule when he was already there, and Mbule is playing ahead of Kapinga," Ngubane tells"Players who joined after Kapinga are now also playing ahead of him, and Kapinga is a very good player. "So it's only fair for him to join another team. He must learn from Zakhele Lepasa.
"The problem with our players is their love for money which makes them forget about their chances of playing. "Or maybe his confidence was sky-high when he was signed because he was doing very well when he left us for them."He could be in Belgium if he had stayed at Leopards, but now, he is stuck at Sundowns, and is not playing.
"Sundowns are introducing a 16-year-old boy [Siyabonga Mabena] before Kapinga and that boy is good [Mabena], I saw his touches, and I realised this boy knows football.Kapinga's contract at Sundowns is expected to expire in 2025.
