Kansas logistics firm grabs new Forney warehouse
Stillwater Capital's new Forney Logistics Crossing building is near U.S. 80 east of Dallas.A Kansas-based logistics firm that already has major North Texas distribution facilities has snapped up another huge warehouse.in Forney near U.S. Highway 80. The more than 900,000-square-foot distribution building at 11333 County Road 212 was developed in 2022 by Dallas’ Stillwater Capital and Grandview Partners.
The Forney Logistics Crossing was built in the same area where Amazon has a major shipping hub. Goodyear and Walmart also have distribution centers nearby. It’s the latest in a growing number of
