Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania showed that Jonathan Majors' Kang the Conqueror and Michele Pfeiffer's Janet van Dyne spent a good deal of time together in the Quantum Realm, and the movie's writer teases a possible romance might have come from that. The characters were some of the movie's standouts, with both Majors and Pfeiffer delivering thrilling performances throughout Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania.

According to the Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania scribe, his intention with the script was to let audiences make their own conclusions on how close Kang and Janet actually were during the time they spent together in the Quantum Realm.

There are two ways a reunion between Kang and Janet could go in Avengers: The Kang Dynasty. A peaceful encounter between the characters seems out of the question after Kang had his plans of escaping the Quantum Realm with his army and dominating the multiverse destroyed by Janet, Scott, and the rest of the family in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania. Janet van Dyne and Kang did work together once, but that past is long gone, and their possible reunion can only end in one way: death.
One of the two characters is likely going to meet their end should they meet again in Avengers: The Kang Dynasty.
