Vice President Kamala Harris took direct aim at the Supreme Court's decision to send the authority to regulate abortion back to the states.
“This court has shown itself to be an activist court,” Harris said. “I worry about fundamental freedoms across the board.”
She did not offer specific decisions she feared could be reversed, claiming she did not want to sound “alarmist,” but said that “this court has made it very clear that they are willing to undo recognized rights.”decision, in which he pointed to other decisions by the high court in which he believes justices went beyond the Constitution to establish alleged rights.
