Senator Elizabeth Warren said that the vice president 'has led the charge in order to fight back against the Republicans that want a nationwide abortion ban.'
Senator Elizabeth Warren, a Massachusetts Democrat, said on Saturday that Vice President Kamala Harris is 'ready to step up' amid recent concerns within the Democratic Party about President Joe Biden's ability to win reelection this year.During an Instagram Live on Friday morning, Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, a New York Democrat, warned that some within the party who want Biden to exit the presidential race also want Harris off the party's ticket.
While Harris has been viewed as the most likely candidate to replace Biden as the party's presidential nominee should he step aside, Ocasio-Cortez, who has backed Biden remaining on the ticket, said it is not a guarantee that Democrats will rally behind Harris.
