In July, Harris also released a detailed plan outlining how she intends to invest in HBCUs and black entrepreneurship. Her plan includes investing $60 billion in STEM education at HBCUs and other MSIs . Of that $60 billion, $10 billion would go toward an infrastructure grant program for HBCUs and other MSIs, and $50 billion would go toward a Department of Education fund to help HBCUs and MSIs build up their STEM education.
