Kalvin Phillips has opened the door to a move during the January transfer window after admitting he is seeking more regular game time. The Manchester City midfielder has barely featured for Pep Guardiola's side since joining the Sky Blues from Leeds United and has previously been mentioned as a possible transfer target for Liverpool.
Speaking after England's 3-1 win over Italy last night, Phillips said: As a football player you always want to be playing. I want to be playing as much as possible but I haven't done that for a year and a half. I always try and make sure I am ready for whatever comes. I want minutes, I want to go the Euros. We will see what happens."
