The rampage came just weeks after a gunman who posted a racist manifesto killed 22 people and injured nearly 30 at a Walmart in El Paso, Texas. "I love you, TX. I can’t believe we all are being forced to live in a constant state of fear," Musgraves tweeted. "2nd mass shooting in my home state in a month? Makes me sick to my stomach. When will we live in a world where human lives mean more than money?"
Saturday's attack in Texas was carried out by a man in his mid-30s using an AR-style rifle resulted in the deaths of seven people and the wounding of at least 22 more, including a 17-month-old baby girl.
