After being nicknamed “the Avengers of K-pop,” the new boy band SuperM made up of members from four of the Korean music scene’s biggest bands has announced a North American arena tour even before their debut album has been released.
Capitol Records shared via a press release an initial 10-date “We Are the Future Live” tour has been scheduled that kicks off in November and continues into 2020. Notably, the tour begins at the Dickies Arena in Fort Worth, Tex. on November 11, less than two months after the band’s debut EP drops. The group will play iconic venues like New York’s Madison Square Garden and Chicago’s United Center before returning for West Coast and Canada dates in 2020.
Capitol Records commented about the ticket prices sharing that “in celebration of the band’s first series of live dates, the majority of tickets at all shows are priced at $50.00 with a limited number of premium tickets available through VIP Packages and Platinum” marking a particular bargain for K-pop concerts that have average ticket prices running closer to $100 per seat.
