Gulluni did not specify the extent of the children's burn injuries, their ages or where the suspects obtained the acid. While we occasionally deal with reports of vandalism, acts targeting young children at a playground are reprehensible and they will be investigated to the fullest extent," the Longview Police Department said in a Facebook post.
