UPDATE: Shelter-in-place order at Yerba Buena High School in San Jose has been lifted following a shooting in the area, police say.
The shooting occurred at about 10:43 a.m. in the area of Lucretia Avenue and Taji Drive. Police said a male juvenile was injured in the shooting. His injuries are non-life threatening, according to police.
Officers also responded on campus at Yerba Buena High School, where police said there was no ongoing threat. Police established a perimeter nearby for the search, which included an area just south of the school.
