It appears JT's balance was the final straw for Arkinson, who noted the singer struggled to perform a number of field sobriety tests. For starters, during a walk-and-turn test, Justin was allegedly"very unbalanced" and failed to correctly follow instructions.The test itself required Justin to walk in a straight line while taking 9 steps ... with his heel to be placed directly in front of his toe. Justin was then asked to turn and repeat the steps.
