Health Minister Joe PhaahlaHealth Minister Joe Phaahla has warned that there are"worrying signs" of a rise in Covid-19 infections.The Department of Health presented its annual performance plan to Parliament on Friday.
He introduced his department's annual performance plan to the Portfolio Committee on Health on Friday morning. "We are hopeful, as we present the annual performance plan, that the 2022-'23 financial year will be different from the last two financial years," he said.
