Rochester, N.Y. (WHAM) The jury in the murder trial of Kelvin Vickers has indicated it's reached a verdict for 24 out of 26 counts Vickers faces.

The only two counts jurors said they've yet to reach a unanimous verdict on are aggravated murder and attempt to commit aggravated murder.In order to find Vickers guilty of those charges, the jury must decide that he intentionally caused Mazurkiewicz's death, and knew or reasonably should have known Mazurkiewicz was a police officer.
If they cannot reach a unanimous verdict on those counts, defense attorney Michael Schiano said the charges would have to be retried. He said it would not be a mistrial on the entire case.
