Disgruntled ticketholders say they've reached out numerous times but heard nothing back, despite the promise of a refund.
The organisers of a string of events at the recently opened Junction 1 venue have been accused of withholding refunds from customers and ignoring calls for action.
Months later, disgruntled ticketholders are still waiting for refunds and are facing a wall of silence from organisers. He told Glasgow Live: "After the fiasco with the Saturday main stage, I was sent an email saying they'd be in touch soon but if I wanted I could go on the Sunday - which I didn't. "My wife and I are both nurses who work hard and are finding it increasingly difficult to afford such events. So to have it cancelled and then have requests for a refund ignored is frankly disrespectful."
