Officials announced multiple arrests on Monday in the death of Jacksonville-based drill rapper Julio Foolio, over a month after he was shot at a hotel parking lot in Tampa.Tampa Police Chief Lee Bercaw, Hillsborough County State Attorney Suzy Lopez and Jacksonville Sheriff TK Waters will provide more details about the arrests during a press conference at 1 p.m.Julio Foolio, whose real name is Charles Jones, was fatally shot in the parking lot of the Holiday Inn Tampa North at around 4:40 a.m.
