The “Uncut Gems” star scored a deal for the townhouse in the Mount Morris Park Historic District, which listed for $3.65 million in September.
One the parlor floor is the living room with a kitchenette, an office/den, the formal dining room with a fireplace and views of the backyard. There’s also a bedroom on the level that has a woodburning fireplace and boasts views outside to the front patio.
Through the office and living area is the eat-in kitchen, which features two walls of exposed brick and leads to the private backyard. The third floor is set as the entertaining space for the upper apartment. This floor features a large living room with a woodburning fireplace, a kitchen and a dining room with an additional fireplace.
On the fourth floor are three bedrooms. The primary suite, on the south side of the house, features an ensuite bathroom with a custom steam shower and a large walk-in closet that feeds into the laundry room.“This property is currently configured as a two family with an owner’s triplex on the upper three floors with a separate apartment on the garden floor. As an investment, this also offers optionality in regard to opportunity zone, air rights, and commercial overlay,” the listing explains.
